Important FTA Member Information: In order to receive your FTA Member discounts online, you must be added to a special group by us. This is not done automatically when you create your account. Since this is not an automated feature, any orders made by you will not accurately reflect your member discount. Please be assured that we will not process any order until we verify your membership status. Should an order be submitted without your entitled discounts, we will make the appropriate adjustments and send email to confirm.

When your account is created, a special email is sent to our Membership Department. Upon verification of your membership status, your account will be added to our special group, and you will receive your discounts automatically with future orders. We will send email confirmation that you have been added as an FTA Member. If you are creating your account during our normal business hours, Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm, you can call us at 1-631-737-6020 to expedite membership verification. We will make every effort to make this verification process as seamless as possible.
